Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) wishes to inform business premises owners who intend to screen matches for customers or the public that they are required to obtain a Temporary Trade Permit through the MBPJ e-Lesen system.
Category A – Open Premises
Covers screenings held in open areas accessible to the public, such as mamak restaurants, open eateries, open food courts, open spaces, and other suitable locations.
Category B – Closed Premises
Covers screenings held inside buildings or enclosed spaces with controlled entry, such as hotels, free-standing buildings, halls, convention centres, and other suitable enclosed premises.
All screening events must be conducted legally, properly, and in compliance with the conditions set by MBPJ to ensure safety, public order, and the well-being of the local community.
