    Re: Resident's Complaints

    Hi Admin,

    Few queations here.

I have been receiving returned emails from various parties from MBPJ since the day I had the complaints made through the online aduan system.  I suspect the emails are returned to me while the online aduan system is forwading my complaints to various parties.  It is definately due to large file size of my documents, I have attached few photos in my complaints for the authority as reference.  Please kindly look into the email systems that MBPJ are currently having as it is very annoying of not able to get the message across to the authority because the system are not able to handle certain file size.  We are now in the ICT era and memory space is getting cheaper each day so please do not restrict the important officers inbox space.

    Thank you

    Smile Always

    Hi Danny,

When you logged your complaints online, an Aduan Nombor(ref.number) is given to you. You can use the number given to check the status of your complaints, also using our online system. Just key in the number and the status will be displayed.

Do let me know if you have any problem with the checking system.

Thank you and have a nice day.

    Admin.
