HOW TO APPLY?

Application must be made using Petaling Jaya City Council's Job Application Form(MBPJ.BP1/2002) which is sold at RM5.00 each. Forms can be purchased at Dewan Sivik Foyer, Petaling Jaya City Council from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on working days. Forms are also available by sending us a self addressed stamped envelop, with RM0.40 stamp and RM5.00 Money Order under the name of MBPJ's Mayor. Completed form must be sent to Petaling Jaya City Council together with :

(a) Copies of Identity Card and Birth Certificate.
(b) Copies of educational certificates.
(c) Copies of academic qualifications(please enclose certification or approval letters from JPA for overseas certificates/ diplomas/ degrees)
